In simple words- the time it takes for the largest piece of element to appear on screen is LCP.
According to Google, LCP is:
GOOD:2.5 sec or less
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: above 2.5s-4s
POOR: more than 4s
2. FIRST INPUT DELAY (FID)
The time taken for the site to react to the first interaction is known as FID.
According to Google, FID is:
GOOD:100ms or less
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: above 100ms-300ms
POOR: more than 300ms
3. CUMULATIVE LAYOUT SHIFT (CLS)
It measures the stability of the stuff on your website. How often does your elements move around on the screen while the website is loading?
According to Google, CLS is: GOOD:0.1 or less
NEEDS IMPROVEMENT: above 0.1-2.5
POOR: more than 2.5

4. SPEED UP SERVER RESPONSE

-Try to choose a server which can handle multiple requests faster.
-Also, keep files/scripts request to server low, and try to use pre-load.
5. REDUCE CSS AND JS EXECUTION
-If your website’s FID is very poor then definitely JS is taking more time. You need to be careful while using JS files and 3rd party scripts.
-You cannot handle 3rd party scripts but can choose the tool which provides more optimized scripts.
-Use defer properly to reduce JS loading time.
